Chris was very responsive and was out on the site the day after I called him. He was highly communicative and saved me a ton of money by fixing parts instead of replacing the whole pump. As a realtor and property manager, I highly recommend Jags City Pools.

So far, so good. Comes on the day they said they would. Does what they said they would do. It is a new business, so there are a few growing pains. They will figure them out.

REAL REVIEW!!!!! I sought out a different pool company after another "name-brand" company attempted to trick me into purchasing a brand new motor for over $500. My pool was filthy after the other company claims to have "clean it." Chris came out and not only didn't I need a new motor, but he also educated me on essential pool maintenance. After three treatments, my pool looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this company.

Best pool service we have ever had. We ve used a few and no one compares to Jag City Pools! We have a huge oak tree over the pool and during the winter it drops leaves all day everyday and Jags City Pools are on top of it. Pool is always looking great!
