ZERO STARS. Under no circumstances, hire this roofer. I dealt with the owner of Jax Roofing, Jimmy, during the contract phase. I was clear of many specifics I needed in the contract because I am handling this for my disabled Momâ s house from another town. The reason they won the contract was they agreed to move the solar panels out of the way and put back after roofing was complete. He also agreed to handle the gutters. The other contract specifically excluded those items. During the time of roofing, Jimmy was on a fishing tournament in North Carolina, no where near Jacksonville, FL. None of the workers spoke English. They were completely un-supervised. We did have to hire a solar panel expert to remove the panels after all. Early on during the project, a skylight fell straight through the roof into the bathroom and left a mess. Then a second one fell through another part of the house. I left messages with the owner to have them cease working before a 3rd appeared to be falling. We had no way of communicating with the workers. After the roofers were gone, there was still debris throughout the house and the skylights were not re-installed. There was debris from the project, such as nails, in the pool that we had to fish out. Eventually the skylights were installed and drywall redone. Then after a huge rainstorm, my Momâ s caretaker found water all over the kitchen floor from the 3rd skylight that was not fixed. After many attempts to contact the owner, they are left unanswered. Under no circumstances, hire this roofer.

Jacksonville Roofing USA provides outstanding Customer Service!! Travis Mann came by to do a follow-up on a roof he installed 10 years ago. He noticed I had moss growing under the shingles that were shaded by a tree and covered with tree branches and debris. He suggested I have the roof cleaned and sealed. To protect my roof from rot and leaks. After the cleaning and sealing my roof looks like new. Also, my attic insulation was 30 years old and compressed. I was having a hard time keeping my home cool inside without my Air constantly running. He installed Atticat blown in insulation and what a difference. I also had him apply Liquid foil to the rafters the whole attic is 15-20 degrees cooler. I am looking forward to a more comfortable Florida summer this year. Also, His crew arrived on time and cleaned up when they left. I couldn't tell they had even been there when I drove up.

Very professional and friendly. Had flat roof fixed and they did an excellent job, so I hired them to do the whole house. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

They are great people to work with, the roofer was on my house most of the day. He did a great job showed us pictures before and after. Very friendly and got on the job fast, right after the estimate. Now we wait for any leaks, but overall definitely recommend. Oh and the price was way better than any other estimate we received.
