 + -1 moreVery badly. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. I've been trying to contact someone for three weeks and they won't respond. They charged me $310 to clean a driveway without asking. Not in my contract and HOA did not complain. Last year it took them 3 months to respond to inquiry about getting a termite inspection performed. Then took another month for them to set the appointment with the tenants. Just had an office in ft. Lauderdale finally call and say they will leave a message for them. While I was trying to explain my frustration (not yelling or being mean) she hung up on me.
