Jacksonville Pool Table Movers

Terrible. After taking the table apart and delivery, they set it up. When they were done they came downstairs, opened the book to sign and said they were done. I stated I wanted to see it. When I saw the table, the pockets were about 2 inches lower and away from the rails. When I said something about it, he stated they had difficulties with it. I said it had to be fixed. They proceeded to take the rails of and on numerous times then after an hour or so came back down. I went back up to find they were closer, but not correct. I was rolling the ball against rail (thud) and also noticed the table was completely not level. He again stated it was difficult and may be because of the carpet. He also told me the anchors for the rails were damaged and were like that from previous owner. I stated that could not be correct and he asked why is that. I asked when he put it together the first time they worked? I also said I heard the drill going when they kept taking it apart and putting it back together. He then admitted he may have over tightened. He told me after trying to get me to sign and pay (which I did neither) he would have owner call me to repair. No one ever called and I left a message, no response.
