Horrific. Terrible. Will have to take legal action to get any money back or sub-standard work re-done. He purchased an excessive amount of supplies for a very small job. For example, he bought 5 gallons of paint to repaint the two rows of shingles when one gallon was more than enough. He did not buy primer. He did not install new flashing on my roof as contracted. On the part where he was to re-shingle, he did not even put the felt down, even though he had purchased it. The shingles were buckled and lumpy. He was trying to modify my deck stairs and the result was cosmetically a disaster and at that point I asked him to stop working until we could figure out how to "remedy" the situation: the lack of flashing, the lack of felt, et cetera.
