For us we had a complete reroof and found that J & M ROOFING SERVICES INC. did a tremendous job. They managed everything as a single source supplier. Solid contract covering all services, permitting and roles and responsibilities. They also worked directly with the insurance company to coordinate as needed. Add the crews were well-managed with established safety protocols and gear. And upon completion they did a great job of not only cleaning AND IMMEDIATELY followed up with any questions or any additional things we may have noticed weeks after the final installation. NOTE: There really were no areas that needed to be addressed but they made themselves available. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend J & M ROOFING INC. and YES we would use them again. Our contact was a gentleman named Shy @ (904) 399-5546. Single point of contact and responsibilities with defined roles and responsibilities. NO SURPRISES JUST GOOD QUALITY SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES.

They were straight to point. Arrived in time and returned my calls. The price ror the leak in roof seemed reasonable.

Shy is very easy going and attentive. His customer service is excellent even going above and beyond at times. The roofers did a fantastic job and had everything done including clean up by end of day. All in all it was an good choice for my family.

Responded promptly and provided an estimate. Could not complete on original scheduled day due to weather but came the next work day. We got rain within a couple days of job completion; no leak from sunroom. They had to correct a previously botched job and did it well.

The customer service by their representative was excellent. All work was done on time and exactly as scheduled. I was pleased with the communication with the company throughout the process. Great company.

They are good at what they do

when they said they would be here & they couldn't......they called!!! when i've " tried" to hire co. in the past i wouldn't even get a call then!! always prompt, cleaned up after the job & very courteous. job was just completed so don't know the quality but i have found out in the past if a co. handles themselves like i described, iv'e had little or no prob.!

This is a well-deserved, very positive review. We highly recommend this company. My wife and I decided to act preemptively and replace our roof because we didnâ t want it to start leaking. I did a search on Angies List and came up with several promising candidates. We solicited bids and interviewed those most promising. J&M roofing submitted the lowest bid, but that wasnâ t the only reason we selected them. Kevin (Marketing Director) and â Shyâ (General Manager) made the most impressive presentation so we awarded them the contract. Work began on schedule and we were most impressed with the work team. They worked very hard, in terrible conditions (hottest week of the year) for 12 and 13 hour days. They completed the project (about 4,000 sqft) in 3 days, just as Kevin had predicted. They cleaned up after themselves real well. They were al very friendly and responsive to any requests. The GM came out twice to check on the progress and to do a final inspection of the roof himself. He found two shingles that he felt needed to be replaced and someone came quickly to do this. There were several other inspections to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. The final result is a beautiful new roof, We couldnâ t be more satisfied. Quality control is definitely high on their list of priorities.
