John said he could come by in the afternoon when I called in the morning. He came as promised and got the door open and installed the replacement latch. Price was Lowe than quoted.

He straightened the latch part of the sliding glass door with a screw driver and said "No charge. I didn't do anything.. I want you to know there are still good people in the world" This company was highly recommended to me by a property management Realtor, I work with, and I will surely give their name out as a referral to my customers.

I called John around 10:00 and told him I needed spare keys cut and fobs programmed for my 2 cars.  He said he'd be about a 1/2 hour but something must have come up and it took about an hour for him to get to my house. I thought the extra 20 bucks for a house call was worth it, rather making 2 trips with 2 different cars up to his place. The cars were sitting in the garage and he took the keys and went right to work.  Took him about 1/2 hr and he was finished.  Couldn't have been a nicer guy and did the job for exactly what he had quoted on the phone. I am very pleased with the job as performed!
