Our sales person Jackie was great. She was friendly, supportive and responsive. She and our technician worked to get us up to speed on the system and worked with our pup to ensure we were comfortable. Love the fence and the disc for our playroom. No more chewed-up toys! Highly recommend.

The entire process was excellent.  Invisible fence provided credit for our existing collars and system, which certainly helps with the dollar side.  However, Invisible Fence technology is state of the art, with a system that matches almost any breed of dog.  We have been part of the Invisible Fence family for over 20 years, starting with our first system at our VA residence and now with First Coast at our Jacksonville home.  Their responsiveness, their willingness to answer all of your questions and provide guidance is superb. Pricing is competetive, especially when you realize that you are purchasing the best quality system available.  As long as we have dogs I believe we will be one of First Coast's loyal clients....They are a team operation, right down to that Tech that shows up at your door.  Good people.

It went very well the guy spent a lot of time here making sure that the wires where installed and hooked up properly. Although he put a hole in our irrigation system pipe they promptly came back and repaired it at no extra charge and no argument. I am very happy with there service and I love,love the invisible fencing. This is my third home having this system it allows my dogs the freedom of the yard and keeps me from worring about them wondering off or getting in the street where they could come to harm or worse.
