Very thorough home inspection! AJ was very responsive to our compressed timing and was able to fit us in a couple of days after we initially made contact. Very knowledgeable - I am in another State - we spoke by phone or email several times - he went out of his way to give information about other contractors - he was very thorough - help me with some costs to repair items after inspection sent by email - the report was sent the very next day -- on a Saturday.

The only reason I did not give him a 5 rating was that during the inspection he accidentally flipped a breaker and it took some backtracking to learn why some outlets and lights did not work. He was prompt and seemed qualified to do the 4-point inspection that I needed.

I cannot begin to thank AJ Long of Insight Property Inspections enough! Our walk-through was re-scheduled (with very little notice I might add) 3 times and AJ was always very understanding and somehow able to re-arrange his schedule to accomdate our needs. He also took it upon himself to research the status of the required inspections from the City and told us of issues with the certifications before the seller notified us and post-poned the walk-through again. Then, at the actual inspection, he was the consummate professional, identified several critical issues we would never have known until it caused a problem or worse. I would give AJ Long of Insight Property Inspections my absolute highest recommendation and feel very fortunate to have found him.

AJ is the owner/operator of the business and was great to work with. He did a very thorough inspection and immediately made me aware of two deficiencies with the home. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong. By noon the next day I had a detailed report that included pictures and an executive summary at the end of the report.
