The inspector was already inspecting the roof when we got there. He was friendly and courteous. After he finished the inspection he printed the report, put it in a book and showed us all of the things he found during the inspection. He also answered all of our questions. This is our 2nd home, and the service he provided was better than the guy that did our other home.
