Improvements Plus Llc

It went badly.  He did what the contract involved: put insulation around the house, redid bathroom & flooring throughout entire house, leveled the house. He never asked what type of tile I wanted. Just installed the one that he wanted to, I can assume it was a cheaper type. He also did the flooring with laminate, which I also didn't approve the dark color he put down. I wanted to see what type of paint he had before he completed any more work. Said he would send samples to my co worker. Not only did he not do this, he actually installed the laminate that I was not ask what color I  want. He ignored almost all of my instructions. I wanted him to paint my cabinets beige, I made this VERY clear to him. He insisted that he wanted to paint it white, and guess what he did? Ignored me and painted it white. I have also been asking him for his contracting license, which he still has yet to provide for me. I paid him the entire amount in full, but he insists that I still owe him $11,475, for "extra work that he did", most of which I did not authorize and he did not clarify with me. He charged me an $2,500 for the flooring (which was included in the contract), also an $1,000 for the drywall(also, included in the contract), another $1325 for a paint job on the cabinets that I wanted painted BEIGE, and he painted them white. He has actually put a lien on the house because I haven't paid the $11,475.
 Found out this company does not have a license and Nathaniel Wolford is not a license contractor.
