Refreshingly professional. I called them from an ad in the money pages. The reason I called is that they advertised the prices not only in the ad, but attached prices to all of the brands they carry on their website. Generally in these situations my experience has been the old bait and switch, or upsell to another product, but they cited the same prices as on their site and provided pros and cons of each brand considering what you get for the higher priced units. I also agreed to a blast duct leak test they included in the price for free. I live in a 25 year old house and fully expected there to be some issue, but the results came back fine and so no reason for them to recomend any duct work...and they didn't. I work from home as does my wife, and we were ok with some racket as they installed the unit in the same area of the house we work, however, if it weren't for MY barking dog, I would have not even known they were here. They were considerate, removed their shoes, laid down cloths to keep the mess off the floor and cleaned up. So the unit went in today...barring any issues with the unit itself, I'm very pleased with the experience and will recommend them to anyone interested. My experience was that they are up-front, honest, and do high quality work and do exactly what they promise.
