ICI Homes built my home in 2019, and I spent $750,000. There's 37 defects in my home, including major electrical problems, bad water heater, blown A/C, broken pool heater, roof leak, cracked jet tub... The list goes on and on. The most disappointing aspect is the way things are handled. After a year of me meeting with engineers and inspectors ICI Homes refuses to reimburse me for time and money spent out ofy pocket, and upper management will not respond. Very unprofessional and buyer beware. I am so sad my forever home is a forever headache.

Angie's list never posted my review from 2012! You are paid off by the builder to only have positive comments. They switched tile and failed to balance the color on the fireplace. Angie's list should allow consumers to post the builders failures.
