The initial cleaning was a higher charge than the ongoing, scheduled cleanings, an ordinary practice. After I saw how hard and efficiently they worked, and the good results obtained, I offered them recurring work. We agreed on a schedule and a price. A couple of times when they were running late, they called and told me when they would be arriving.
