Home Inspection
The house was really in a state of disrepair. I was nogotiating with a seller that had bought it and was going to sell it as is. He was over for 2 hours. He climbed up in the attic. Looked at everything and was very throughrough. When he completed the inspection I recieved a report with pictures via email. I used the pictures during the negotiation. He arrived on time and was honest with his recommendations. We've been in the house now for about a year in a half. We have found nothing that differs from the inspection. We have had no surprises.
