Carpet Cleaning
Work was completed but due to the negligence of the service technician the carpet in one room was irreparably damaged, necessitating it's replacement at a cost of $1168.04. The company will not respond to phone calls or correspondence to resolve the complaint. (documentary evidence of the foregoing is available and has been presented to the Company).
