"Hot Mess" is right. Very unprofessional. Doesn't get projects done in a timely manner. Asked for numerous extensions without having good reasons. Quoted us a price (almost $400) for a specific set of services then didn't provide those services, said she needed more and more money and then when we finally cancelled our order because we couldn't wait any longer she refused to refund us our money and said that we should take it up with our credit card company. I also donated $100 to Rockethub.com for a gallery opening for which I was promised entrance into the party and a cornhole set. It has been over a year and we still haven't seen the cornhole set. She even threatened to take legal action if we spoke out about her company by giving her a negative review. If you are in need of custom work such as this I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere. There are much more professional, reliable and trustworthy options out there.
It is unfortunate that I need to write this review as I once considered this person my friend and I desperately wanted to support her and her talents. However, after the treatment that I received from her, I understand now that she doesn't see people as "friends" but merely prey. Be warned and be careful.
