HomeTeam Pest Defense has been protecting my home since it was built--over 10 years now. In my over 70 years of living in homes, I have never seen fewer bugs/pests in a house. I can count on the fingers of two (probably closer to one) hands the pests I have seen in those years and a couple of those have followed me in. They have done an extremely effective, professional, timely, personable and thorough protection of my home. I would highly recommend them and their courtesy and attention to detail in their services.

We started using them 17 years ago. We mainly keep with them because they are the ones that do the injections into the wall system that we have put in. I cannot see it changing when that is the whole purpose of building the house and doing it that way.

They do quarterly pest control for us. They are great with communication. They call me to remind me of appointments. My favorite technician is Scott.

They are very good. We have been with them for about 1 year now. The technicians are all polite and professional. They took care of a roach problem for us.

Came out for our quarterly pest control. We're in new construction, and the tech doesn't even have to come inside for treatment. We've had them for just under a year and are very happy. We've never had to have them come back to re-treat, and have already signed another year contract.

I had a yearly inspection from them but not a termite bond. So when I saw wings in the house during swarming season I called them out. Sure enough termites were found around my dining room window. They entered from the ground between the stucco and the foundation.  They thoroughly checked the whole house and said that they would treat around the window and they gave me my options for keeping them out and to what to do to get a repair bond for the future.(Home owners insurance does not cover termite damage)
 They were on time, they wore booties over there shoes in the house and they were knowledgeable.  They had me watch a video to explain everything that was happening with the termites.  They listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan.  I will never be without a termite bond again. They took care of my problem in a timely manner.  

I had this pest service since it was Atlantic Pest Control. Never had a pproblem with them until recently. To start off with, they stated my termite bond lapsed and would not reinstate which would requiring me to put down another downpayment. Then for four months they kept indicating that my account was in collection for the rental property I have when in fact it was not. Come to find out they repeatly was putting a credit on my home. Since the change to Home Team this company has gone downhill. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They are good.  They purchased a pest company that I had used for years about 6 months ago.  Unfortunately, they switched pest guys on me so I was kind of bummed about that.  The new guy is good and efficient but he's just not quite as personable.  If I were to rate them objectively, they would get all A's.  If I knew where Danny had gone, I might try somebody else but otherwise I'll stick with these guys.

I have had them for years. They come every quarter. I paid by the year because I get a discount if I pay by the year. The service people who came to my house I get the same people coming out all the time. He knows my house and does a very good job. That’s pretty much all I can say. He does his job and does it well. They came out when they told me they would come out. They keep the bugs out of our house. I have never had to call them back out. They told me they can come out again if I had any problems. We have had them for about 8 years. I am using them and would be using them unless something goes wrong. I have a contract and I pay them for a year, begin of the year and they come out 4 times a year.

We have used them now for nine years for termite.  We used their indoor and outdoor service.

They have been doing my pest control for the last decade now. They are very reliable and courteous. They always knock on my door when they arrive and they ask about any particular problems that I might be having. They also do follow up calls to make sure the service was completed in a satisfactory way. I have no complaints whatsoever about them. They also do the tubes that go through my house as well as the perimeter.

They are always good and do a thorough job.

They are due to come next week. They are courteous, professional, and inexpensive. They get the job done. I don’t have pests. I would use them in the future.

We are very happy with them.  They do bugs and termites.  At the time we bought our home, they did the tubes in the wall, that's something that all providers don't do.  We really liked that extra protection.  We've been with them for six years and we are very pleased with them.  They didn't do termites but they did the pest defense.  They sometimes do termite as well that's why they charge $200 and it's a little bit higher.  When we compare their price with other people, they've been very competitive.
