It's not always the things we do right that earns us the most praise, sometimes it's how we respond to something that's gone wrong. Here was a perfect example of something gone wrong that gave us a change to go above and beyond to make things right. Turns out that a simple well intended communication lapse occurred between our customer, his real estate agent and my office. Everyone was working hard to do well for the customer, but not all the right information got to the customer at the right time. The result was an experience for the customer that did not feel good.
