I was given Joe's (owner) name and number from our home builder. I called and after some initial confusion I set up an appointment for him to take care of our high traffic areas. He was on time and took a quick tour through the house to see the areas to be cleaned. He started right away with some pre treatment of some of the tougher stains and then set up his equipment. Once he was all set, he went about quickly going through each of the rooms. After taking care all the areas we had agreed to he went ahead and did a quick cleaning on 3 additional rooms that had much less traffic (but were still a bit dirty). After finishing up, he quickly cleaned up his equipment, got it out to his truck, and then went back through and made sure to wipe up any water that had dripped. He was very nice and did a really good job and we plan on calling him a couple of times each year.
