I had went to another company that turned into a horrible experience, so I went to Home Depot.  I ordered the appliance and within 5 days it was here.  No problem. I will absolutely continue to shop here for appliances.

It went well.

I got a pair of French doors but then there were two glass side panels, one on each side. I guess it would be two doors and two windows. I got a good price with no interest for 2 years. It's very hard to get through to their people at the store level. When you call and the phone rings off the hook, naw, sorry.
The guy that did the installation was the guy that came out and did the measurements first because the whole thing had to be custom made. He didn't explain things very well when he was here the first time to take the measurements. I got the impression that he thought I knew more than I knew, he didn't explain things sufficiently. Yet, when he came out to do the install, he was great. Except he did miss two screws. If there is a whole in a hinge, there is supposed to be a screw in there.
I would use them again because of the quality point I am with my purchases and the interest free credit.

The sales person I thought was knowledgeable and helpful. I pay for the granite and the taking out the granite etcetera is part of the services.

Home Depot sent out a supervisor named Mike to measure. Then Provider never followed up. Said someone else (installer) would have to come out and measure again. This was the second time I have attempted to get windows with Home Depot. They send someone out and they measure and then they tell you the installer has to come out. And that never happens. Poor Customer Service on following up with customer

I had good luck with them. They were fine. I don't about the price because I didn't pay for it.

We visit them every week or so. The people there are great and they are helpful. Their prices are average.

They were okay, but their prices were ridiculous. The contractors were really good. I got a new roof, and I had this company quote it. They were exactly double from what most of the other people were. On the other hand, the contractors who did the siding were excellent. They were punctual and they were with great workmanship.

We are very happy with Home Depot and they came to install windows. They were friendly. They were accurate. They were professional. I would like to give them an "A1" all the way through. Considering the price of windows and installation, they have been really fine. I am very happy with them.

Scheduled installtion took place when it was schedule no delays, yeah! The installer was excellant and took great pride in his work. We would love to see him again to do our bathrooms. The only thing was the base trim was lighter than the trim we saw at the store.

Only one guy came out to do the work and he did the most professional job I have ever seen. I was very pleased with their service. I really looked around before having the work done and Home Depot came in with one of the best prices. We changed our decision of the tile pattern half-way through the project and he was able to change the tile with any hesitation and call the store of the materials.

I like that fact that when they came and installed it, the guys stayed late to get it done instead of turning it in to a two day job.

They did a fantastic job and it was done on time just like they said it would be. We chose to pay a little bit more to Home Depot rather than going with another company because they guarantee their roofs for twenty-five years. The peace of mind the grantee gives you is well worth the extra money.

The installer was here on time and were great. He completed the installations in about three hours. We are loving it. They were very nice and very good.

Home Depot did an okay job. They work was completed, and it was done well. However, there was a communication problem between the crew and me. Otherwise, everything went well.

I like Home Depot, so I'd still go back. However, the first installer didn't know anything. He ruined the door trying to hang it up. Then, it took five months to get a new installer out with a new door. He did a good job, though. It was an unpleasant experience.
