Carpet installers called to change my install date to 12/31/16. It was originally scheduled for 1/2/17. I sat around and waited all day and no one showed up or called. I left numerous messages before I finally got a call back from the GM David Dyer. He said the crew's first job went slow and they would not make it to my house. This was at 8 pm that night. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for them to show and they did not have the common courtesy to call. David was real apologetic and promised to compensate me for my lost time. Of course I didn't receive anything and I never heard from him again. The installation finally happened on 1/2/17 like it was originally scheduled. Install crew did a good job but were not professional or persona and left a mess in the house and in the driveway. I am so disappointed in Home Depot and their carpet installation service that I refuse to shop there anymore.

The store is generally well organized. The professionalism and the staff is good. It’s much easier to get in and out of the store.

Attempted to purchase cabinets for over a month. Spent $120 for a measurement but the sales rep never called back. After working with a second sales rep (the first didn't have time to see us for another two weeks) and explaining the project again, they once again did not call us back to finalize the purchase. We were not in any particular hurry, but it took such an unreasonably long time just to buy the cabinets we decided to go with another company.

Home Depot did an okay job with the door. The door arrived in a timely manner, but the workers were a no show for the appointment. Also the customer service is horrible. I called many times, and they always transferred me around the system. I'm not sure if I would use them again or not.
