Great selection of carpets available but limited styles available for install writhing 7 business days or less. Initial booking of measuring appointment was great. Guy who came out to measure was very professional. Ultimately the installation "deal" which has many loopholes was not only going to be double the price, but also they could not guarantee the date of install prior to us making a payment. Decided to go with local competitor. Saved time and money.

It's probably the worst Home Depots that you possibly go to. If you can avoid it at any cost, avoid that store. The employees are apathetic towards your requirements. They don't particularly care about whether the customer gets what they really need. They oftentimes try to upsell you on something you don't need. The store is busy and disorganized. The employees and staff are busy and disorganized, too.

When we first ordered the door and windows we had to wait for them to come in because they were a special order item. Then we made an appointment for the install. On the day of the install we were informed of the wrong door being sent so we had to wait and reschedule the install again. Once that was done everything else went pretty smoothly with the install. Scott, the installer was very professional and answered all my questions. The doors were beautiful. Scott and his helper cleaned up everything after themselves. The place was as they found it. The only problem we had was the door did not close easily so I called Scott and he came back the next day and fixed the minor problem with them. We have been very pleased with our new doors and the quality of them. We were given a follow-up call by Home Depot as to how we liked the doors and the work. We gave this job an overall A and we recommend using Home Depot for installation work to our friends and family.

We went through them but we had a sub contractor help us. They were fine. At first one guy came out and went over the exterior doors. We had to choose the design, hardware and all that which was okay because he made sure we understood everything. When they came to install them, they took all the other doors down and put them outside on the side porch trash. They put all the doors up and they made sure that we knew how to fix them if they turn lose because sometimes they just fall off and it is only because of a screw that needs to do used. They made sure we knew how to fix it if one of the hardware was lose or anything it that. I appreciated that because some people will come and just put stuff here and not say anything. One thing I didn't like was when we were at Home Depot going through this and we had chosen the doors. We were under the impression that the price that they had given us what we paid upfront was for all the doors but we found out when the gentleman came that it was only for the exterior doors. We had to pay for the interior doors so I didn't like that. They weren't cheap and it cost us some money. We had already gotten into it but if he had to tell us ahead of time we probably would have gone somewhere else and got another quote to see if we could find something a little more cheaper. They weren't clear about their price. Everything was done when they said it was going to be done. As a matter of fact we got the doors quicker than they said they would be.

Home Depot has not been in contact with me for a while. Since I signed the contract, I have not heard from them. The estimate was very quick and efficient. The estimate was good, but the follow up is bad.

I went to Home Depot and the sales rep ordered the wrong carpet than what I had asked for. I ended up just having to have the wrong carpet to lessen the hassle of ordering again. Everything else went well.

As soon as the custom door was made, Home Depot came out and installed it. The installer did not leave until I was completely satisfied. I am very happy with the door and the work they performed.

Home Depot picked horrible subcontractors. First of all, I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes while they were trying to find my house. Finally, I went out and found them. It was a major problem that we had a language barrier.

I liked that Home Depot was punctual and polite. I also liked that the three guys they sent had great team work and got it done in 2 days. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I would recommend them to others.

Home Depot did a good job. Even though the setup process was a little confusing, when the contractors arrived everything went smoothly. I am happy with my overall experience.
