He was authorized to buy the paint and chose the lowest grade paint. The agreement was to paint two coats on the walls. He claimedto have painted two coats on the walls and it was obvious only one coat was used. I had to argue him into doing a second coat.
He took all of the interior doors to his garage to spray paint them and after 3 or 4 days when he brought them back, because he laid them one on top of the other in his trailer, they were all scratched. He had to paint them again and we also had to replace a couple of doors with new ones because they were damaged beyond repair.

The floor was not installed properly. The floor has many crowns(bumps) and many soft spots. The design was installed wrong. All of the finishing joints are wrong and they never did a moisture test. After consulting a floor inspector, it was advised that the whole floor needs to be taken up.
We filed with his insurance company. They declined the claim because his policy had no workmanship coverage. He was called and he never responded to the calls to rectify the situation. Now, I'm out $7000.00 in supplies and labor payments.
