Awful company. Took over 6 months and the work is still not complete. Installed a roll gate instead on the cantilever gate I ordered and was on a proposal. Tried to charge extra for work clearly stated on proposal. The gate they installed has a horrible sag in it and drags the ground and needs a wheel. There is not proper bracing in the gate. I have had two other companies look at the gate and they want to charge me more to repair the gate than I owe the company. Robert is a complete jerk to deal with. Has threatened to come out and remove the gate etc. This has been going on since May of 2016 First two pictures are what my fence looks like the 3rd one is one property braced using the correct gauge pipe!

Hercules Fence Company has done work for me for about 4 to 5 years. I think they do excellent work. He is prompt, reliable, and his pricing is fair. He responds within the same day via phone, and is always able to complete the job in a timely fashion.
