Great- he was timely and efficient and self-directed and everything looked great and very professional, you would not be able to tell it was repaired other then fresh paint.  He even picked the right matching paint out of a few cans I had in the garage and let himself in and out via a lockbox so we could focus on other things.

Dan Healy was the ideal contractor. Based on his performance at my wife's employer's residence we hired Dan to do a complete interior painting of a rental property in preparation for listing for sale. Dan arrived early, was very organized, efficient, clean and thorough. He provided all materials after we agreed on colors and finish. Even though we had carpet installers coming after he finished, he treated the old carpet as though it was not being replaced. He returned on his own after the carpet installation to see if any areas needed touch up. When he was finished he removed any trace that he had ever been there....except for the beautiful paint job! I can't remember ever being so satisfied with a service provider.
