Description of Work: We bought a king-size bed, mattress, and foundation from the Atlantic Blvd store. When it was delivered, the frame for the bed was labeled as king, but turned out to be a queen set. The salesperson who sold us the bed arranged to place a temporary bedframe so that we would have a bed to sleep on, and the delivery men who brought the bed told us that the proper frame would be delivered in two days. Later that evening, we received a call from someone in customer service saying the frame was out of stock and would be ordered. That was the last time they contacted me until about a month later saying the frame had come in; I did contact them about three weeks after the original delivery date, but they gave me no information or expected delivery date. I still had to wait a week for delivery after that point. Please note that the sales staff and store personnel were top-notch, and we are very satisfied with the bed and mattress set; the sole reason for the low rating was due to the poor handling by the "customer service" department when we encountered problems with the bedframe. I felt like they should have kept us informed about the status of the backordered frame, and delivery should have been expedited when it finally did arrive.
