Quality of slab is good. But I was told the sprinklers were capped which was part of the plan. Well they were not and now every time the back yard runs. It comes up through crack and then floods the yard around it. I reached out and was just told his lead guy told him he capped them all. Well he did not. Pretty unhappy to have this occur.

VETERANS BEWARE!!!! Work was completed on 1 August 2024, today is 9 September 2024. Damage to property, including uneven edges and damaged siding on the house, was noted after the completion of the work. Despite the damage, no efforts have been made by the Havens Home Services to repair the siding or coordinate the necessary repairs. The cleanup was inadequate, with cement residue left on the fence and insufficient effort made to clean the area. Instead, workers spent a significant amount of time washing their vehiclesâ using the home owners water for at least two and a half hours in total to clean their trucks and flush residue into the sewer system. There is CCTV footage from the neighbor showing Danny (owner of Haven), just spraying residue into the city sewage system for at least 30-45 mins. It's crucial for future clients to ensure that all cleanup responsibilities and water usage protocols are clearly defined and agreed upon with the owner/operator in advance. Document all agreements meticulously, as we found that the owner did not fully address some key points we had previously discussed, such as the relocation of an irrigation line. The relocation resulted in a broken pipe, leaving a section of our irrigation system inoperative. While we initially overlooked this issue, additional problems became apparent after allowing 48 hours for the concrete to cure. I sincerely hope these issues, including the damaged siding, will be addressed promptly and appropriately. However, after nearly a month and multiple attempts to contact the owner, Danny, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

We hired Havenâ s home services to refinish our concrete driveway. They did not match the color of the original driveway as requested and made several other mistakes. The worst part was where the driveway meets the asphalt road. They did not score it in a straight line and carelessly poured the concrete so it is a wavy line instead of straight. When we contacted the owner, Danny, and provided him with pictures. He said it would be no problem for him to fix it. It has been three months and we have called repeatedly left many voicemails and texts and Danny will not answer or return our calls and he never sent anyone out to fix the shoddy job that he and his employees did. I would never recommend a business that does not stand by their word.

They company did an excellent job on our driveway. They were timely and left the site spotless. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to do concrete work

I have been looking for a reputable contractor in North Florida for months to install concrete walkways our backyard and repair our driveway. Then I checked Angi and found Daniel, from Havens Home Services. He is local to Jacksonville, scheduled my estimate within a day or two and then I hired him. He arrived on schedule, two weeks later to complete the job in one day. His crew did an awesome job and I am sooooo happy with the results. I highly recommend Havens Home Services. Daniel is the best!
