I bought a diamond and a setting, picked it up a few days later, and surprised my fiancee the following day. She loved the ring and showed it to everyone. The ring contained the main diamond plus 70 tiny diamonds all around the band. When she lost one of the tiny diamonds (due to her line of work, which is tough on hand jewelry), we brought it back to Brad, who showed my fiancee another set of over 100 settings options, and guided us to those that might be a little more sturdy. She picked one out that she loved, and they re-set my diamond within four days. Brad and the staff were completely professional, and you can tell they have been through experiences of all kinds over the years. The new ring appraised for significantly more than the original, but we were not charged the difference. You could tell this company takes care of a customer. Please give them a call or visit. They will probably become your jeweler of choice from now on, as they are mine.
