Well, they failed on the most basic requirement to provide service. There is obviously a deadline for filing tax appeals. After emailing them the required paperwork to engage them for tax appeal services in mid-June, I did not hear anything back. I did not receive a kick back on the email either. I subsequently made a follow up call and they claim they never received my paperwork, and it is now past the deadline and too late to appeal my property taxes.
Either they are disorganized or they have problems with their email communications system. On a time critical item such as a tax appeal, I don't think I would recommend this company.
That said, their people do seem nice and intelligent. But apparently not organized and it has conceivable cost me thousands of dollars.
