Gutter Masters

The work originally looked good but within one year (supposedly one year labor warranty) gutter pulled away from the house. After calling and emailing for about a week they finally showed up (did not alert us that they were there) and when I noticed them they were already getting back in their truck. (Did not see any ladder with them in order to look into the gutter.) I went outside to catch them before they left and the gentleman told me it was the weight of the leaves in the gutter that pulled it down - and that they would fix it but not for free sInce it was our fault that we hadn't kept our gutters cleaned out. They would charge $250 to come back to reattach it. I hired someone else because $250 seemed too high and I was told and have photos to show that there were absolutely NO leaves in the gutter. Gutter Masters apparently did not bother to look and/or just didn't want to repair their work. I had been leaving messages and emails all week after that and have gotten no response to either method of communication. Would definitely NOT use them again as they do not stand up for their workmanship. It ended up costing only $25 to get it reattached by someone else and it took 15 minutes. They could have kept a customer if one of them would have grabbed a screwdriver from their truck.

Great. First Kelly came over to give us an estimate for the job. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. She was super pleasant. The job went great. The crew was very efficient and polite. They cleaned up very well. We also got a couple of discounts Angie and Facebook and maybe senior.

They showed up promptly and told us they could repair our flashing and put the fascia back. They were polite, professional, and extremely quick considering how many people need repairs in the wake of Matthew. We would not hesitate to use them again the future, their customer service is outstanding! Highly recommended!

We were driving down the street and saw them installing gutters on someone's home. We stopped talked to him, he came out the next day and gave us an estimate and two days later put the gutters up including a rain barrel. We have been very pleased with that. The guy handed us a coupon an saved us 10%.

I hired Gutter Masters after seeing the job that they did on our neighbors house. (Our street is all new construction.) The gutters on our neighbors house were so good looking that I asked them who they used to install and were they happy. The neighbor told me she vetted five contractors and was extremely pleased with the price, the install process and the final product.  So, I gave them a call too.
They were professional, well prepared, and on time with the bid. The price was significantly under a  previous bid we received and FAR superior in appearance to what the builder would have installed. They had a tremendous color selection. The gutters were very nice quality and came with h a 10 year labor and 50 year material warranty. The install guys were on time, polite, neat and professional.  
I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend.

They were prompt and reliable.  The work was done to my satisfaction.  They came when they said they would, did the work and it was a nice job.

I used Angie's List to get Gutter Master's name. Kelly Cusack came out and gave us an estimate. She was on time, very courteous and knew her stuff. The job was scheduled for about two weeks out since they were busy. Two days before the appointment Kelly called and rescheduled since they were behind because of the recent rains. Mr. Cusack and an employee arrived 15 minutes early, installed the gutters very quickly and did a very good job. Very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Very Positive experience. Received estimates from several companies, and Kelly was the most prepared, most professional and up-front about the pricing. Installers were also very professional and worked diligently through the rain to get the job done.

They were professional, on time, neat, nice to work with--I can't say enough good about this company. We were very pleased.

Our builder did not install gutters when we built the house and it was cause some flood problems in the front of the house and in the back of the house the water was sheeting off the house and onto our pavered deck, removing the joint sand. I was able to speak with Ms. Cusack on the phone to make an appointment. She arrived early, explained the process with me and made recommendations as to the type of installation. Her prices were much lower that the other estimates we received. Work was completed the following week and looked so good that we didn't even notice we had gutters! They matched the roof, soffit and house colors perfectly. The mitered joints on the corners were fitted perfectly, no need for unslightly/extra patch work seen on so many homes. The workers cleaned up and left no evidence of ever being there. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Kelly called me immediately after leaving a message with her company. She came out quickly and assessed the situation. She left a detailed outline and description of the installation and I felt that her recommendations and price would be the best overall. She matches the gutters perfectly to the color of my house and I'm very pleased with the whole transaction. The property was left clean and you wouldn't have known they were even there except for my brand new gutters! Very smooth transaction.

We were very pleased with the work. We did have one problem, For some reason there was a strip of about 20 feet of gutter that was not attached. We called and they promptly resolved the problem.

I was satisfied with work performed. He answered all my questions. He was very professional and focused with installation. He also cleaned up the mess as he went. He completed all the installation within a couple of hours.

Gutter Masters was here on time for the estimate and on time for the job. The job was rescheduled once for weather but otherwise was done on time. The only problem I had was speaking to someone on the phone. I always had to leave messages for a return call, all though some one did always call back.

I did not get to meet the owners (Kelly or Bobby Cusack), in person but Kelly was very polite, speaking with her on the phone concerning the installation and when it would be completed. I would recommend Gutter Masters to others.

The gutter pricing from Gutter Masters was excellent compared with other costs for our new home. They were very helpful in picking out the gutters and we were impressed with the service. The work was done in a timely matter and we could not be happier.
