The architecture of my house presents an unusual challenge. Mr. Walker addressed that challenge very well a year ago, but today I had a follow-up issue. He was able to come out very quickly and provided me with a Plan A and a Plan B. He did not charge me for the Plan A done today, and quoted me a very reasonable price for additional work with Plan B. In my extensive experience as a homeowner, I have rarely if ever seen a contractor as honest, straightforward, and competent as Mr. Walker and Gutter King of North Florida.

They were a no-show. Appointment was for Thursday at 10 am with Erik. No one came to the house and no one called me either. My whole morning was wasted.

Wes and his team are very easy to work with and the quality is top notch. I have hired them twice now for my gutter needs and also referred them to all of my neighbors.  Very quick and responsive when trying to get a quote and once you have decided to hire them they complete the work within a couple days!  I highly recommend this company!

I have been a home owner for many years. Rarely, if ever, have I known a contractor who was as focused on customer satisfaction as Wes Walker and Gutter King of North Florida. Without going into the mundane details, my house presented an unusual challenge for guttering. I know this from previous experience. But Mr. Walker and crew leader Eric worked diligently to address the challenge. Eric and the installation crew were courteous and professional. Even the clean-up was excellent. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the materials and workmanship. There is usually a "but" or "however" in these cases, but not in this case. The work was done to perfection. I highly recommend Wes Walker and Gutter King of North Florida.

Wes and his crew are wonderful.  They immediately gave me a quote and coordinated with other work I was having done.  His work was excellent and his crew was professional and friendly.   I have received several compliments on the work he has done to both the interior and exterior of my home.  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good product with courteous service.  Our house is rather large and it took several days to complete.  They even worked through the rain, although I offered to have them come back after the rain ended.  There are not many companies this conscientious.

Judy and Wes were wonderful to work with.  They removed the old getters and installed new flashing and gutters.  They did an excellent job.  There was some confusion about color, and without a moments hesitation, offered to replace the newly installed gutters with another color.  Ultimately, we decided the installed color worked well, but I was so surprised at their immediate offer to make me happy. The desire to have happy customers is clearly a priority.  They also installed gutters on our daughter's home and she's equally pleased.

Wes, the owner, came and gave me an estimate.  Since it was a small job, Judy worked with me on the scheduling when her crews were going to be in the neighborhood.  Work and service were great!  I`ll never be cleaning the gutters again!

The entire experience with Gutter King was positive.  Mr. Walker responded quickly to my request for an estimate.  We were not sure initially whether we wanted a "full wrap" installation on the house or just addition of a few sections of gutters to resolve some drainage and runoff issues.  Mr. Walker provided estimates for both our "must have" gutter additions and repairs, as well as a "full wrap" that would result a complete gutter system for the home.  The prices quoted were reasonable and competitive, and we opted for the "full wrap".  The scheduler (Judy) made an extra effort to meet our schedule preference.  The installation crew was highly professional, courteous and made it obvious that our satisfaction with the job was a top priority.  When the job was complete, the crew leader made certain to point out an area where a repair to an existing gutter resulted in a leak-proof and functional condition, but was not cosmetically perfect.  We agreed on the spot to replace that section of the old gutter.  We are completely satisfied with the new gutters.

Wes and his team at Gutter King were great. They provided multiple estimates at no cost to us and were not pushy while we decided which option to go with. Any and all communication with Wes was prompt and friendly. The team arrived to our house exactly when they said they'd be here and were done in about 2 hours. The quality of their product is evident, and the gutters did their job during a recent heavy rainstorm. Overall a great experience.

Everything went well. They were professional and prompt. I am happy with their craftsmanship. They kept their word and delivered an excellent product.

We have had several good rains since the work was done, and the new gutter system works well.  I made some minor changes to the old gutters, to clean out leaves from the downspouts and to re-direct the discharges to get the water further away from the house.  The new gutters and downspouts carried the water away without any required changes.

Gutter King did the work the day after they came to the house and we prepared a contract.(they had a cancellation on another job, and called in the morning to ask if they could come and do the work).  Two guys (Eric and Bobby) did the entire job in 4 hours, on a very hot day.  We parked their truck in our driveway and that avoided any interference with neighbors cars.  They picked up all the trash and took it away in their truck, leaving a clean site and very nice looking system that we are very happy with.

They were very prompt and responsive to our needs.  Wes Walker was very professional when we examined our leak and suggested a solution ,which he was certain would solve our problem. We had rain the next day and the problem area stayed dry.

Wesley Walker and his crew did an excellent job for us. We set an appointment for him to come and estimate the job and he actually called to se if he could come earlier that day. When we agreed on the price and he asked when we thought to do the work, he was able to schedule the crew for the very next day!! No waiting around and having rain carve new gulley's in fresh soil. They installed a matching color gutters along with gutter caps and you can't tell it was added on and not original layout. It's almost sad that we should not need his service again for 30+ yrs. since they did such a good job. Very pleasing to work with.  He even gave us discounts!!

Gutter King came to give an estimate on a Saturday the day after I called.  Many other companies were weeks out or never bothered to return my call.  Since it was not a huge job, they were able to squeeze it in that week. There were no issues with the installation and the gutters blend in well with the house.  It has not rained since installation but the work comes with a guarantee so it gives me piece of mind in the future.

I called Wes Walked on a Monday evening and he came over the very next day to inspect my awning which had been struck by lightening.  Very nice, professional and punctual.  He referred me to his colleague to complete the work as we needed awning, not gutter, repair but he told me exactly what I needed an approximate cost.  I was very impressed with my interaction with Wes and will definitely use his services in the future!

Job was done quickly and professionally. Gutters look great! Will definitely recommend and use in the future if needed.

Wes had his men over Tuesday at 9:45am and they were clean, very polite and very professional.  They were greeted by our big dogs, Irish Wolf Hound and German Shorthaired Pointer and after becoming friends with our dogs off to work they went. Our house is quite large and very high as it was built in the 30's so there extendable latter was needed.  They cleaned out the gutters, sealed them and refurbished them as per contract.  They inspected the gutters while working and put several hangers on the roof to attact the gutter to the roof as needed (NO CHARGE-WOW). By 12:30 the two men had the job completed and had taken over 100 lbs. of trash out of our gutters and placed the gutter guards on them. Cleaned up all the trash that had fallen off roof/gutter while doing the job.

I contacted another vendor on Angie's list, however they couldn't do the job or even provide an estimate until 2 months from when I called.  They recommended Gutter King and when I called them, they came out to the house to provide an estimate that same day. I needed the work done in a tight timeframe and they accommodated me right away.  They called when they were on the way to my house to perform the job and were right on time.  The quality of the work is wonderful and I'm extremely happy with the result as well as the price.  I definitely recommend them!
