The pickup location called and told me they wanted $90!!!  To replace one zipper.  Are you kidding me?  Anywhere from $25 - $40 would not have been a big surprise.
Obviously it shouldn't cost that much so the message is they didn't want the job. It seems to me they need to remove zipper repair/replacement from their list of services.
Maybe I caught them when they were swamped with business.  They sure won't need to worry about me doing business with them.

Quickly accepted the luggage and gave an expected repair date. This was our second service (earlier repaired a broken luggage zipper). The luggage was excellently repaired and ready when promised. There are signs all over with their policies and although it looks disorganized with a claim check they pulled out the repaired luggage with no delay. The only negative is having to go downtown and find parking (followed their suggestion to go early in the day and except for 1 trip, found a parking space within 1/2 block or in front of the shop). There may be alternate places to drop off for repair but we did not explore that option.
