+ -1 moreStacey Smith quoted the price for 1700 and said I still owe him another 1700 for 5 branches. He's charged me a total of 3500 and he didnt even cut the tree down, the tree is in the neighbor's yard. He didnt even come to clean up.
Description of Work: He cut 5 limbs that are hanging over on my mom's roof
