Green Cleaning Pros continue to do an excellent job cleaning our house.  When Dee told me you had added a maintenance/handy man  group I felt like I could trust them without the need to go through an interview or bid process.  I was right.  They showed up on time (maybe 10-15 minutes early) and did a great job cleaning the roof and gutters and cutting back overhanging branches.  They even removed, cleaned and replaced the gutter guards.  Equally important, they cleaned up everything before they left.  They charged exactly what they told me they would.  I'll definitely call them again.

Firm scheduled the cleaning on short notice when I needed it.  Sent 3 women who worked all day.  Did an excellent job.

Everything went well. I appreciated the process by which the estimate was done. Matt took some information down and gave me a quote right over the phone, respecting my time, which is important. Others insisted on coming out before a quote could even be given. Since my main home is 135 miles away, I didn't have time for the sales pitch. If you can't sell me over the phone, you won't be able to do it in person. After continuing to call around for the best fit for me, no other compny I called matched the professionalism of this company. I hired The Green Pros right over the phone! When the crew came out for the initial clean, Dee and her staff arrived at the time agreed, dressed in uniform, and went right to work. They were pleasant and did a very thorough job, right down to the baseboards. Now, they come every other Wednesday and for a small fee, will fit in an extra cleaning if needed. Overall, my experience initially and ongoing is very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I've shopped around and interacted with other cleaning companies in Jacksonville, so I have a good basis for comparison!

The owner was very nice and professional.  I found the price a bit expensive.  Cleaning was decent, but the tile floors did not appear to have been cleaned.  I dampened a clean white towel and went over them and the towel was filthy by the time I finished.  They couldn't clean all of my mirrors in the bathroom because they are not allowed to clean above a certain height apparently.  While I understand the need for safety, I found this odd.... not a huge deal, but I kinda expect my whole mirror to be cleaned for $350.  They did a good job on everything else, so I am thinking they just somehow forgot to do the floors.

Of all the various services I have paid for over the years (auto, lawn, insurance, take your pick, etc.) the Green Cleaning Pros blew me away. They do not watch the clock. I had them come in for a ?spring cleaning? and engaged them for ongoing, regular service the same day. They cleaned everything. For less than $300 they did what Process Master wanted to charge $1,700. Kind of easy to make that decision! I don?t work for them or have any investment in them. But, I couldn?t go to bed tonight without posting this positive review.

I wanted to use them because of the green products. They were inconsistent in the 3-4 times I used them depending on who came. Some cleaned better than others and they would miss spots dusting, steaming the floors, put area rugs on the beds and not put items back where they were. The owner tries hard to please and is very nice and professional. Since I've never used a cleaning company before I have nothing to compare them to. Maybe they are great for industry standards or maybe not. Just my opinion, but if you pay someone hundreds of dollars a month to clean your house, it should get done right. Maybe I'm just cheap.

The experience was a good one. The company was professional, the cleaning team of three was on-time and my mom, who was there to let them in, said they were very efficient. I was pleased to come home to a clean house.

Matthew who runs the company is very nice and professional. The cleaners use environmentally friendly products which I like a lot. They do a good job, but I would say that there is an opportunity for them to take more initiative in their cleaning. I.e. I would like for them to do more straightening and things "off the beaten path" so to speak. Again a good,solid, honest company.

We are a military family who moves on the average of every two years. I have hired a lot of cleaning companies during the years, but never have I experienced a more professional, polite, and efficient company as The Green Cleaning Pros. During my initial conversation with Matthew who's company came highly recommended, I asked for Saturday service since we were on a time crunch. Unfortunately his staff was booked, but he said he would keep me penciled in should that date become open due to a cancellation. Shortly after that conversation, I received a phone call back from Matthew who told me he would personally come with one of his employees and clean my house that day. His comment was something like "The military work 24/7 so there's no reason why I can't work a few extra hours as well." I was really touched. So on that Saturday morning at 8 am Matthew and Wray showed up and took my house down to parade rest. Every inch of that house including ceiling fans, blinds, cupboards were cleaned, vacuumed and/or wiped down. On top of that he gave me a very generous military discount, but the best news to come out of this exceptional cleaning experience was the house sold two days later! That in part was due to Matthew and Wray! You made us the renters very happy and the owners ecstatic! Thank you Green Cleaning Pros! I only wish you could come north and clean my house here!
