They came out in December 2016, due to them being custom made I had to wait until March 2017 for the order. They installed vertical blinds that was not wide enough you could still see the outside through the sides. The order promised install shutters and they were installed improperly. The owner promised he would reorder the blinds and I found out he never ordered them nor would he return my call. I am yet to hear from him or get a refund.

Two issues with company: 1Shade was stained upon arrival. Company did not inspect product prior to installation time. 2a different shade was not installed correctly. Did not roll up all the way. Company is addressing both, but made it seem like they were doing me a favor.

Bill Scheff was actually my last call in a series of calls made to local window treatment installation companies. From the start, Bill was very professional and responsive. The work he performed in the installation of our window treatments was very well done. We would not consider using any one else for our window treatments in the future. As a matter of fact, five years after the initial installation, we broke one the decorative pulls on one of our shades. We contacted Bill and had two replacement parts the next day at no charge to us. Just all around great customer service.
