Having to have another company come in to pull up what they laid down. Sloppy, messy, late for every appt. AVOID at all costs.

They were able to come the same day I called them which was great! They did a great job and let me mail them a check.

The owner seems to have good intentions, but don't think we are on the same page. Last year I did the yard myself and this year I'm searching for a company that has a work ethic similar to mine.

To be fair if it had not been for the misunderstanding in 2010 I would rate this company a little higher as they get the job done quickly and for a reasonable price if all you are having done is mowing, leaf removal, and edging. To be specific - they don''t usually rake the leaves - they vacuum them up with a riding lawn mower/vacuum so there will still be some leaves left on your yard.

No problems. It's just with lawn service you want it done as well as you would do it yourself, so most of us are picky.

Good, Dependable service. They make my yard look very good and i would/have recommended them.

these people do not remove leaves AT ALL! They blew mulched leaves into corners, against buildings, anywhere to keep from picking them up. I did not make it clear to them that, with all the trees on my lot I wanted them removed. Was told afterward that an extra price would be charged for the service. Their second visit was delayed several days with the excuse that the road was blocked. I never had any trouble getting in or out. I told them that I no longer wanted their services. I recommend that anyone using this company have everything in writing and don't be intimidated by the "grandfatherly" look of the manager.

I have mixed emotions about Grace Lawn. The people are very friendly and the price was good, but some corners were cut and a bit of sloppy work was done. Also, be sure to get everything in WRITING, as the prices may change after you have talked with them! Overall they are good people, but stay on top of them, watch them and complain if needed. I found it hard to complain as I don't want to hurt feelings, but you will be taken advantage of if you don't. Will I use them this year?.......not sure.

Family company. Called and got immediate response. Made an appointment and they showed up within reason. I plan to use them this Spring for sod replacement.

Poorly.

Grace Lawn Service came out the same day I called. They had the job completed in two days. The work was exceptional. I am very happy that they were so detailed.
