GLENN PEEPLES CROWN MOLDING

Glenn Peeples is a criminal. This goes back 20 years, he installed shelving in my closets screw the shelving to the framing of the door. Two weeks later, most of the shelving was falling down. I told him I was not gonna pay him for the remainder that I owed him, he threatened my daughter saying he would blow up our house. he said he knew where my husband worked, I had to get the police involved an evil man

Do NOT use Glenn Peebles Crown Molding! He actually stole crown molding and baseboards from us! Well, first of all they were loud, unprofessional and cursed at each other the WHOLE time! Then secondly, they did not clean up well. Stuff was left underneath and my husband spend about 30 minutes cleaning. Third, the flooring was NOT heavy duty. Just your flimsy OSB....regular cheap stuff and the cuts were bad and not screwed into the joists. And last of all and most importantly....HE STOLE OUR BASEBOARDS AND CROWN MOLDING! Yes, we have several pieces in the attic that were extra and they helped themselves to all of it and then lied and said for us to keep looking in the attic when we called him. Well it is on our Ring Camera showing that he took them!! Now he won’t answer our calls! We are filing a police report.

Mr. Glenn Peeples Crown Molding, Inc. demonstrated superior technical ability installing 20' Attic Stairs and crown molding throughout our home. They arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work as expected. They carefully moved household items and replaced them after cleaning up their work areas. Highly recommend this team because they pay attention to details and quality.

The crown molding looks good for the most part and the attic stair install was done well. There was a problem with the clean up and getting Mr. Peeples back to my house to correct problems once payment had been made. A portion of the crown molding installed on my kitchen cabinet was not done correctly and the joints between some of the molding sections was not filled in with caulk as it should have been done. Also, the workers left lunch trash laying around for me to clean up and an open cup of white paint was carelessly left on a shelf in the garage. I noticed it before it spilled. The worst mess was caulk water was poured down my lavatory and allowed to harden. It has been over two weeks and I am still waiting for him to come back and fix these problems. He was much more attentive until he got paid. I did not get an estimate in writing before the work was done and ended up paying $200 more than what I was told. Although I am thrilled with the overall look of the completed work, this experience has left me with a bad taste. I would probably not hire him again.

He was great.  He was very experience and very professional.  He knew what he was doing.  He was in and out.  I had no problems or issues.  He did a great job.  Even six months later, the crown molding still looks great.

My balcony was left with trash and wood pieces everywhere....

The workers placed wet plaint brushes on my coffee table ....

When he came he was great. But when they left it was a mess, they left garbage everywhere. He was supposed to come back to finish but would not come back. They were very rude to me and told me to do it myself. I would call him and he would pretend like it was the answering maching but I knew it was him on the line. It was so unprofessional. They did not finish the work that I had paid for.

The overall experience with this company was less than desirable. I would not recommend him for crown molding. Asked if we needed to remove items or move items out of the way and was told "NO", they would handle everything. I caught the workers standing on beds, chairs, even caught one taking a bar stool around the house using that instead of a ladder, he said that he didn't have enough ladders for all the workers. Hit the wall in several places with boards and ladders, when confronted, the workers said that the marks were already on the walls. They even dripped paint on several pieces of furniture. Some of the damage needed to be repaired, I tried to contact Glenn Peeples to get his insurance info and he gave me a number to one of his workers and had him to act like his agent over the phone. I had to call the St Johns county to get the number to his true insurance agent and then still had to get Glenn to make the claim. Needless to say, I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. SO USERS BEWARE......
