What fantastic service. We had no water and they were here in an hour and took card of the problem. They were very polite and explained everything they did. I would call them again anytime we have a problem.

My effort to find a company that would be able to resolve my irrigation problems was not successful. I was looking for irrigation repair but only one company made an effort to contact me. What Gator well did was to charge me 175.00 to adjust the pressure switch, a two min fix. But my irrigation problem was not fixed because they don't do irrigation repair.. It seems that Angi is more interested in my using their service for repair. I could have searched for this repair myself on the web. I have used Angi before with the same "just so-so companies" that just want to jack the price because of the cost Angi charges for referrals. While this company, "Gator well" did nothing to resolve my irrigation problem it was not their fault it was mine for not asking if they would be able to resolve the irrigation problems before they came out. So, why would Angi refer a company that couldn't do the repair. And, the list of possible companies was short. If these companies do not reach out to the customer and want me to call them why do I need Angi. Bottom line, I went online and learned how to do the repair myself. It wasn't easy but not outside of my skills. I replaced one control valve and one solenoid at a total cost of $46. This was a really a good experience for me. I was in a place where I felt empowered to do it myself. But it was a $175.00 lessen learned. Never again.

I woke up to no water in my home. When I called Gator Well and Septic they were completely booked for the day but they told me they would fit me into their schedule. The guys showed up to my house in less than 2 hours! They replaced my well pump and charged me less than other companies quoted me. The ladies in the office were super friendly and they technicians were so professional. II will recommend Gator Well and Septic to friends and family and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was having trouble with my septic System and gator septic was there the very next day as they promised. The technicians were very polite and knowledgeable and fixed my issue with no problems for a reasonable price. I would recommend Gator well and septic to everyone!
