I was going the DIY route and had bought the replacement part after watching repair videos online for GE ovens - only to discover that our GE is absolutely nothing like those shown in the videos. After spending over an hour taking things apart that didn't get me where I wanted to go, I put it back together and called Dan. He worked me in the same day on his way back from a call at the beach and was in and out in under 30 minutes.
