They sent the arrangement I selected but not in the color scheme I specifically requested (there were 3 variations pictured). Also, the recepient said the arrangement began to die only 4 days after delivery.

They did not make the arrangement I specifically ordered (there were 3 color variations to select from) nor did they contact me to see if I would allow a substitution. The recipient said the flowers began to die 4 days after delivery.
