Galaxy builders inc of Jacksonville and Mike Sundberg has been a nightmare. First strike was delivering the bottom of the line shingles and placing them on my roof. I noticed the packaging was different than the second to the top-of-the-line shingle that I had ordered. They said it was an accident and that those shingles would never have been put on. Meanwhile I have had four leaks since I had my new roof installed 2 1/2 years ago. The first leak they discovered a rotted sheathing that had not been replaced. My agreement stated that there was a per charge for each sheathing they needed to replace but no one at the job site spoke English so no one communicated with me. Only Mike spoke English and he was there for a short time to remove a skylight and roof over it. No other Formans were present. Recently my roof was inspected because I changed insurance companies and there were many violations and things that were not to code. Mike Sandburg has been a nightmare and has cussed me out.

Mike and the Galaxy Crew were great. They arrived on time, were very professional and finished in a timely manner even with a severe rain storm. I would recommend them to anyone in fact I all ready have

In the beginning I had concerns that hey were cutting corners when they were here when I heard another worker tell Mike, "I can't believe you're doing that!" when they didn't know I was upstairs listening. I also saw him bypass termite damage without saying anything to me. He told me that the siding was of quality, but it's now rippling and hanging off of the house. It appears that he used window glue to put on the siding instead of tacking. What I'm most unhappy about is that he will not respond to me. I've sent texts and emails, requested appointments, and no one has ever followed up with me.

It was an amazing experience. They are so friendly and professional. They are very trust worthy and they did not damage any of my plants which made me very happy.

Crew was late but worked consistently and completed the job all in the same day. All workers were professional and capable. Clean up was acceptable. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and with the workmanship. Ricky Rivello was exceptionally professional and helpful. He communicated with us in a timely manner throughout the project, answering all our questions and providing us with information on all products.

Galaxy Builders have been very busy in my home over the last 2 weeks. I called on Galaxy Builders for another home improvement project with my Master Bathroom. The job was complete today with the installation of the custom cut frameless shower doors. My bathroom looks amazing! The communication was superb. Ricky Ravelo with Galaxy coordinated a time convenient for me and came out to my home for an estimate on a roof repair. He showed up on-time and inspected my roof. The estimate was for the removal and replacement of four vent tubes on my roof. He left the estimate with me and followed up with me the same day. By the end of the day, (same day as the estimate) my roof was repaired. I am very happy with the results, and the thorough communication.

I received the estimate in the morning, the job was complete the same day. Very responsive and professional. I would use their service again and would recommend them to consumers.
