FURNITURE MART

When my husband and I first walked into Furniture Mart on Atlantic we were greeted by a sales woman. She asked us what we were looking for. We told her that we might need a custom couch because our dimensions are very limited in our living room. She informed us that the cost would start at $3000 and pointed us to the clearance couches. We are a young couple and we got the impression that she didn't think that we would be able to "afford" a custom built couch. We ended up finding one that might fit our living room but decided to continue our search. At the end of the day we went back to Furniture Mart. This time we were helped by Seth, and I am so grateful that we were! He sat down with us and took the time to really find out what we wanted and needed and didn't just point us to the discounted merchandise. We ended up spending a few hours with Seth picking our couch and looking at a "man chair" for my husband. We ended up not getting a chair on that day (truth be told I was over furniture shopping at this point). At the end of the day we were VERY happy with the level of customer service that we received from Seth. Now if that wasn't enough, I open my email this morning and Seth had written to give us alternatives to one of the man chairs that we were looking at! He had spent the time finding links to different chairs so we could see what they looked like compared to one of the chairs that we were looking at! What an amazing person Seth is! Thanks again for turning a sour situation into an amazing one!
