I cannot recommend Scott enough. He was fantastic from start to finish. He'd call 1-2 times a day to keep me in the loop. Everytime I wanted to chat, he'd talk through the process and answer every question I had. Everytime I wanted to meet, he'd meet. Simply, he was better than any contractor I could imagine. I'd recommend Scott in a heart beat.

We purchased a 1960 home with an FHA mortgage and 203K rehab loan. Scott was hired as our GC. He was with us every step of the way..... he was never bossy but he was always able to offer guidance and ideas that made sense because he had a knowledge base that we did not. There was never a time when Scott was not willing to get his hands dirty, climb into the attic, on the roof, etc. He helped the carpenter hang cabinets, researched and found unique hardware and is an all around 'good guy'! A pleasure to work with!

We hired Fresco Construction to handle our 203(k) construction project with the purchase of our home. Scott was always the most responsive and easy to work with. No construction job is easy, but Scott was always helpful, honest and willing to provide products and services that we were looking for. Scott was always available whenever we needed him. Our project started on time and ended in a very reasonable time frame considering we added on additional items throughout the project.
We have additional projects we will be using Fresco Construction for in the very near future. We highly recommend Fresco Construction.
