Very we'll. My unit was hit by lightening and he was out to replace it in only one day. It was very cold so he made certain I did not go without heat more than a day. His prompt attention was very much appreciated.

I called Frenchy in the morning and he was there in the afternoon. The HVAC was making noise. The blower motor had stopped and the thermostat was not working. I was so pleased with the service and have had no problerms since.
My sister has been using him for annual service since she bought her house 9 years ago.
My prior HVAC service was slow to respond.

After diagnosing problem as a sticking valve, was told part need replacing and would return next day to repair. Received a call the next morning and was told the valve was obsolete and either the inside coil ($1400) or entire inside unit needed replacing ($2000). I had a second opinion who repaired the unit by replacing the valve for a very fair price, not only that they rewired the fan on the outside unit, this done by Frency's incorrectly on a previous service call. Use this company if you don't mind being taken to the cleaners.

I was very pleased with Frenchy's Heating. They were very professional and did a good job. I will definitely hire them in the future.
