Franklin is quick to give you pointers on what improves your chances for a sale or lease and I really appreciate how responsive he is by either phone or e-mail whenever I have a question or concern. Besides his responsiveness, he is very personable, which is very reassuring to know. You definitely want someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and charismatic to show your home. A realtor's ability to exude both competency and professionalism along with a personality that allows him to build rapport with a diverse pool of potential renters is a big step to closing deals: These qualities matters a lot to me.
