+ -1 moreThe visit went well. He seemed very knowledgeable and he was patient with my questions. When I called to tell him he was the contractor I wanted he didn't answer. He didn't respond to the messages I left. I wish I hadn't wasted my time.
Description of Work: I wanted and estimate for an extension on my house. The service he performed was to talk to me and take some measurements.

+ 2 moreHe came right out, even with all the rain. He was very thorough inspecting things and putting a bowl in areas that might be the cause of the leak. I still had some leaking so he came right back out two days later when I called him. He checked some more and tried to do a fix, which we will see if it works; if not we will have to do some roofing. He was very prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: I called Mr. Foyda of Foyda Builders to come about a skylight leak in my kitchen that I have had problems with for years.
