He came right out, even with all the rain. He was very thorough inspecting things and putting a bowl in areas that might be the cause of the leak. I still had some leaking so he came right back out two days later when I called him. He checked some more and tried to do a fix, which we will see if it works; if not we will have to do some roofing. He was very prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful.
