Where to start with this fiasco. They service Alvista Metrowest where I live. Last month my AC compressor went out, as I’ve heard it—multiple units here did. They took 7 days to come and replace the unit. Only sent out one pair of technicians to service multiple units who only finished one or two units per day. We spent seven days in a 90+ degree apartment, with outside temperatures so hot, not even the portable AC unit we had to buy could keep up with keeping a single room cool. Eventually, they finally came and replaced the AC inside unit. A few weeks later, I’m noticing issues with the AC. The brand new compressor keeps turning off and flipping the breaker on the condenser unit outside, maybe something they should have checked when replacing the inside unit. We reported this on Sunday, they sent out a technician on Monday who quite literally entered the apartment and saw the air was out, said he was as going to go out and fix the unit AND SIMPLY LEFT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR COMMUNICATION. It is now Thursday and every single day there’s a promise that someone would be out here to fix it and STILL NOTHING. if we’re keeping a tally here, that is now 10 days that we have been trying to live inside a 90+ degree apartment when we both work from home and have jobs that require us to use our own network. Called them again today and was promised someone would be over at 6 PM and, once again, no show. I have asked the apartment complex if I can hire my own HVAC specialists to come out and have been denied because this company holds the warranty to the machines and any other third party would void the warranty. Completely unreliable, especially in emergency situations. Do not hire them.

They took out the old sink, could not install the new sink because they did not have the proper tool, they caused the valve in the cabinet to leak. I paid them in full, they never paid me back. I hired another plumber who fixed the leak and installed the sink without any complications or problems. Floridian plumber stinks.

They did not have the proper tools to adjust the size of the opening and countertop for the new sink. The 2 valves that they replaced leaked. I have contacted them several times for a refund but they have ignored it. They have ignored my request. So I'm reporting them for not being competent or ethical.

Fast service at the right price. They called and gave me a quote over the phone at 9 am and were at my house starting the work at 10:30 am the same day. The two gentlemen were very kind and courteous to me and my elderly mother. They got the job done at the price that was quoted. I am very happy with their work and their price. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

It went great and they did it fast. They always work on my scheduled time and no issue with them.
