Very well indeed. We were very pleased with the complete removal of all existing yard material, including mostly weeds. Soil was well prepared, sod was laid neatly and tightly. We had to water daily during the dry spring, but there are no dead spots. All sod survived and is growing well.

He is excellent. He comes in every week. He is very dependable, reliable and I have no complaints at all.

Blake did a great job listening to what we wanted from our yard. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the trimming and clean up. Blake stuck to the original estimate of $1900. My husband was impressed with how accurate Blake was when it came to determining the time required for the job, I even told him that when he was done.

Florida Turf has provided us with phenomenal lawn maintenance for a little over a year now. We recently asked Blake to re- landscape a large portion of our yard and we are so happy with the end result. Whether it be lawn care or landscaping they are amazing!

Blake answered the phone when I called. I asked for him to come over to give an estimate, he arrived within the hour. The estimate was reasonable and we agreed for him to do the work. He gave me a date and time for it to begin and end. The only glitch was with the sod provider; the sod was one day later than Blake was told. Blake and one other man were here when the sod arrived and laid the entire area in one day. The job went very smooth and was well done. Blake and his helper were very polite and respectful. He didn't ask for any "up front" money and I paid the entire amount after the work was completed to my satisfaction.

They did a very, very good job. They were prompt. The estimate was realistic and they stuck to it. They did a professional job. They were good and we were happy. We originally planned to pave the backyard but that was over $7,000 so we decided to go this way.

Blake came out (on a Saturday!) to assess and give me a dollar estimate of the job. He also gave me, when they would start and complete the job. There was weather permitting to extend the job a day or so; however, Blake called and communicated what was going on and when the job would be completed. (which is what most customers want, - just to know what is going on). He was very flexible with my schedule as well. He knew that I would be working in different areas of town and was patient to wait until I got home for us to look at the end result and for his payment. The job he did was exactly what I wanted and with no mess to clean up.

Went great. Very pleased. Not the usual hiking a price once they see the size they are dealing with.
