Other than a mis-calculation of the bill which they caught and corrected 3 days later, everything went smoothly and I find the service agents are professional, neat and easy to deal with.
Do ask them if they can give you a better deal.
Do compare them with other firms which also offer a termite bond - and protection in case of damages. Not all firms do that.
Do ask them about their free recharging policy (after 7 years).

They are excellent. Bill is excellent, very professional and knows what he is doing. It was a one- time thing but I like them so much, I will probably use them in the future. I was going over some cards and just by the details that other people have left information on them pretty much was why I chose them.

They have been coming to outr house for the past 15 years. They are good.

He is a mom and pop shop guy. We have him on a quarterly agreement. We always forget he is coming out, and he always reminds us.

Florida Pest Control came out to my home and treated for termites. The house has been treated once since we lived here, which is part of our termite protection. We have a five year plan and we're not due until 2014. They come out and view for wood destroying organisms and if needed they will treat at that time, but we haven't had any. Their always prompt, courteous and give us a time frame for when they'll be here. They always call ahead of time and I will definitely use Florida Pest Control again.

I have been disappointed with some things but I don't want to say that they are not good people. I have had a few chinch bugs in the yard but I think that everybody here does. So, I probably don't know but they are really a nice company. What I have is not that bad that I would not hire them myself and I am going to keep them. However, I did not hire them to treat my house for the termites.

I've been using them for three years. I keep going back to them because of their price. I spent $66 for their services. The termite application that they do is inspected each year and that costs about $240. I just think that their reliability is good. I will continue to use their services again in the future.

We use them because they held the bond when we bought our house. We stayed with them instead of transferring the bond for termite control. They come out when necessary. We had one termite issue and they immediately came out and took care of it. They back up what they say. They come out and ensure that there are no infestations. We usually have to call them and set up an appointment except for the bond for which they come out once a year at the same time. I cannot compare prices since I have never used anyone else. I think that their price is fair. They come out when needed and they are here on time.

Good at first then gradually got lazy and mediocre.
